1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for the following Recruiter positions:

2. Eligibility requirements for Recruiter In Charge (RIC) positions: All
active duty E7 members tour complete in AY19 without PCS orders and AY20
who meet the minimum requirements outlined in Art. 1.E.2 and 1.E.7 of
Ref (a) are encouraged to apply.
3. Eligibility requirements for Production Recruiter (PR) positions: All active
duty E5 - E6 members tour complete in AY19 without PCS orders and AY20 who
meet the minimum requirements outlined in Art. 1.E.2 and 1.E.7 of Ref (a)
are encouraged to apply.
4. Previous recruiting experience for RIC positions is desired but not required.
5. Members with folliculitis are eligible to apply.
6. The expected report date is OOA 01 JUL 2019.
7. Prospective RICs and PRs should be energetic, demonstrate infallible
character and professionalism, and have strong leadership skills. RICs are
responsible for all recruiting programs in an assigned region. Duties include
leadership, mission planning, training, and admin oversight of recruiting
offices.
8. Process/timeline:
a. NLT 11 FEB 2019: Standard application package and the e-panel submission
are due to EPM-1. The application package should be emailed to:
ARL-PF-CGPSC-EPM-1-PANELS@uscg.mil. Commands must address backfill concerns
and acceptability of a gap in their endorsement if a member is tour
complete in AY20.
b. OOA 12 - 28 FEB 2019: CGRC interviews applicants.
c. OOA 12 - 15 MAR 2019: Selection panel convenes.
d. OOA 21 MAR 2019: Panel results released.
9. Notification regarding release from rate will be made by the Special
Assignments Officer after screening by CGRC.
