Two corrections were made to the paper newsletter mailed to readership earlier this month. On Page 2, with regard to getting copies of DD-214s and other CG miitary service records, if you retired on or after 1 Oct 2006 (NOT 2016), you should submit SF180 to CG PSC. On page 12, USPHS TAPS is corrected to NOAA TAPS.
