1. This ACN announces the promulgation of REF (A). REF (B) is hereby cancelled.
2. Major changes: The mechanism of accession, and the privileging and credentialing process of
Auxiliary health care professionals are clarified. The flexibility in assigning Auxiliary health
care professionals to duty in Coast Guard clinics and sick bays is increased.
3. There will be no hardcopy distribution of this change. An electronic version is
