B. Administrative Official Information Exchange (Admin OIX) Tactics, Techniques,
and Procedures (TTP), CGTTP 6-01.5
1. REF (A) is promulgated and shall be reviewed by all members who utilize
command email, formerly known as Admin OIX.
2. This TTP replaces the name "Admin OIX" with "Command Email," replaces
Windows 7 procedures with Windows 10, and provides revised procedures for managing
distribution groups.
3. REF (B) is cancelled.
4. The official electronic versions of REF (A) are maintained by Force Readiness
Command Training Division (FC-T) within the TTP library. The TTP library can be
accessed by navigating to CGPortal, selecting ‘Training & Education,' then
selecting ‘Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.’
5. Bravo Zulu to members of the Integrated Process Team (IPT) for their time,
professionalism, and diligence. IPT partners who supported this TTP revision
are COMDT (CG-672), COMDT (CG-761), LANTAREA, PACAREA, COMMCOM, and TISCOM.
6. Field feedback regarding this TTP, or any other located in the TTP library,
