1. This ACN announces the promulgation of REF (A). REF (B) & (C) are hereby cancelled.
2. This Manual establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides guidelines
on identification, surveillance, and administration of Coast Guard Service Members 
infected with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), the virus which causes
Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).
3. There will be no hardcopy distribution of this change. An electronic version is
