Coast Guard to host Purple Heart Ceremony in Fiskdale, Mass.

BOSTON — The Coast Guard is set to posthumously award Acting Carpenter, Second Class, Francis (Frank) Hugh Quigley, the Purple Heart for his sacrifice on the Sept. 26, 1918 while serving aboard the USS Tampa.
