SUBJ: CRITIAL FILL SOLICITATION - HS1 MSU MORGAN CITY
A. Military Assignments and Authorized Absences, COMDTINST M1000.8A
1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for the following HS critical vacancy:

2. Selected member will have a report date OOA 01 Dec 2018.  
3. Interested HS1's or HS2's above the cut for HS1 should
submit an e-Resume with a command endorsement IAW reference (A),
including backfill requirements NLT 03 Oct 2018.
4. Members and Commands should review COMDTINST M1000.8A, Chapter
1.E.15 for requirements.
5. If there are no volunteers, all HS1s in a paygrade mismatch
position and HS2s above the cut for HS1 will be considered.
6. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their EI-PDR is complete and
accurate (e.g. CG-4082, CG-3307s, awards, and academic transcripts).

signed CG memo via e-mail to ARL-PF-CGPSC-MR_CustomerService@uscg.mil.

provides a consolidated view of their information as it appears in
Direct Access. This serves as a means for every Coast Guard member to
