ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. – Media are invited to meet with Coast Guard Atlantic Area and District Five leadership Saturday as they provide a briefing regarding ongoing search and rescue efforts throughout North Carolina.
Vice Adm. Buschman, Rear Adm. Smith and Capt. Deer will discuss the position of Coast Guard forces and current search and rescue operations in response to Hurricane Florence.
