have until 26 SEP to validate the list. If Commands identify any
errors, the unit should notify the applicable Assignment Officer (AO).
Members who are tour complete in 2019 should wait until the Official
shopping list is released (per the below timeline) to submit a PCS
eResume for active duty positions.
2. AY19 timeline: Any changes to the dates below will be published
on the EPM Portal Site.
   a. 26 SEP: Deadline for Unofficial shopping list command validation
   b. 28 SEP: Official shopping lists published
   c. 02 NOV: PCS eResumes due

   e. PSC-epm-2 will publish supplemental timelines for specific
ratings, command positions, detached duty, or special assignments as
necessary. Refer to rating-specific SITREPS for additional guidance
and deadlines.
3. AY19 Notes:
   a. All members who desire to compete for an overseas billet shall
complete the requirement in section 5.a. of reference C for
"Screening Prior to E-Resume Submission" and obtain a command
endorsement in DA. Members and departing commands should not delay
initiation of this process.
   b. Special Needs is a mandatory program. Special Needs Program
updates for each family member enrolled in the program must be
initiated immediately, if not already done so, for those expecting
to rotate in AY19. Members with late updates or enrollment can risk
being assigned to a location based solely on availability of
services.
4. PSC-epm-2 wants members to have an active, informed role in the
assignment process. It is imperative that Commands and transferring
personnel meet established eResume submission deadlines, review
applicable portions of reference A, and keep a sharp lookout for
AY19 assignment SITREPS.
