Coast Guard to discuss Hurricane Florence response plan, life-saving information
PORTSMOUTH, Va. — The media are invited to the Portsmouth Federal Building Wednesday, as the Fifth Coast Guard District commander discusses hurricane response plan and vital life-saving information. This information comes in preperation for Hurricane Florence's arrival on the Eastern Shore.
