1. The Marine Corps War College has recently updated student 
clearance requirements to TS/SCI. Candidates must have a 
favorably adjudicated singlescope background investigation 
completed within the past 5 years. 
2. Officers do not need to update their panel submissions in 
Direct Access. OPM will review the existing candidate pool and 
notify members of eligibility based on updated requirements.
