1. PSC-epm-2 is soliciting for the following Recruiter in Charge position:

2. Eligibility requirements: All active duty E7 who are tour complete in AY19
or AY20 and meet the minimum requirements outlined in Art. 1.E.2 and 1.E.7 of
Ref (a) are encouraged to apply.  Members with folliculitis are eligible
to apply.  Eligibility requirements and application instructions can be found
at Ref (a).
3. The expected report date is OOA 01 Nov 2018.
4. Prospective Recruiters in Charge should be energetic, demonstrate
infallible character and professionalism, and have strong leadership skills.
Recruiters in Charge are responsible for all recruiting programs in an
assigned region. Duties include leadership, mission planning, training, and
admin oversight of recruiting offices.
5. Process/timeline:
a. NLT 07 Sept 2018: Complete application package and the e-panel submission
are due to EPM-1 at: ARL-PF-CGPSC-EPM-1-PANELS@uscg.mil. Commands must also
addres backfill concerns and acceptibility of a gap in their endorsement.
b. OOA 10-21 Sept 2018: CGRC interviews applicants.
c. OOA 24-28 Sept 2018: Selection panel convenes.
d. OOA 01 Oct 2018: Panel results released.
6. Notification regarding release from rate will be made by the Special
Assignments Officer after screening by CGRC.
