CGA to hold Shoulder Board Ceremony for Class of 2022

NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Coast Guard Academy is inviting media to attend the 2018 Shoulder Board Ceremony, on the Parade Field, Monday, at 12:50 p.m.

The Shoulder Board Ceremony signals the end of swab summer and the transition from swabs to fourth class cadets.
