1. In accordance with Refs A and B, the Master of Science in Strategic
Intelligence (MSSI) and Bachelor of Science in Intelligence (BSI) Advanced
Education Panel convened 14 August 2018.  The following members are
selected for advanced training:

2. The number of candidates applied for MSSI was 5.
3. No candidates were selected for BSI.
4. Members are reminded that in order to remain eligible for this advanced
training opportunity they must be in compliance with Ref C prior to and
during the entire period of the training.
5. The actual date of assignment to the training program will be coordinated
between the member, Program Manager, and appropriate Assignment Officer (AO)
during the AY19 assignment season. 
6. Members who attend a fully funded advanced education program will incur
a minimum active duty obligation of three months for each month of education
for the first year and one month for each month thereafter.  Obligated
service begins upon completion of advanced training. 
7. Enlisted members who applied, but were not selected, may contact ISCM
Craig A. Chapman at (202) 372-2834 to receive career counseling on how to
make themselves more competitive for future panels.
