1. In accordance with Refs A and B, the NSA Middle Enlisted Cryptologic Career
Advancement Program (MECCAP) Panel convened 14 August 2018.  The following
member is selected for advanced training:

3. Member is reminded that in order to remain eligible for this advanced
training opportunity they must be in compliance with Ref C prior to and
during the entire period of the program.
4. The actual date of assignment to the training program will be coordinated
between the member, Program Manager, and appropriate Assignment Officer (AO)
during the AY19 assignment season. 
5. Member selected will incur a six-year obligated service commitment
(three-years for the program and a three-year follow on tour) prior to enrollment.
