1. IAW Refs A through C, the OIC Screening Panel convened 7 August 2018.
Those members who did not screen successfully have been notified. All
other candidates have screened successfully in the areas that they hold
certifications and will be considered for Officer in Charge positions during
the AY19 assignment season. The comprehensive screening list, broken down
by mission-set, can be viewed at http://cglink.uscg.mil/BM_Portal.
2. Successful screening does not guarantee assignment as an OIC.
OIC candidates must remain eligible throughout the assignment process
to be considered for assignment.
3. Members who have successfully screened are expected to submit an
OIC E-Resume NLT 19 October 2018. Command endorsements were required
in order to be screened by the OIC Panel. Therefore, Command
endorsements are not required for OIC E-Resumes and will not
be considered.
