1. This ACN announces the promulgation of REF (A). REF (B) is hereby cancelled.
2. REF (A) is to guide Coast Guard involvement in Federal Marine protected areas.
3. SUMMARY OF CHANGES. Changes from REF (B) include:
    a. Addition of the Northeast Canyons and Seamounts Marine National Monument.
    b. Corrects consultation language requirements under the National Marine Sanctuaries Act.
    c. Corrects formatting errors throughout the document.
4. No paper distribution of REF (A) will be made. An electronic version is
