1. This message solicits for a Reserve EAD Contract opportunity
for members interested in RCC duty in AY19.
2. Recruit Company Commander Duty is one of the most challenging
and rewarding jobs in the Coast Guard. Company Commanders
represent a wide selection of ratings, missions, and personnel
from within our organization. They serve as role models who
exhibit the highest moral and ethical conduct, embody our core
values, and exhibit exemplary grooming and fitness standards.
3. Specific program requirements can be found on the Special
Assignments portal page at reference (a).
4. Qualifications: Applicants must meet the following requirements:
A. Meet the requirements listed in reference (b), CH 1.E.2 and 1.E.8.
B. Meet the minimum qualifications for physical fitness for your age
group IAW U.S. Coast Guard Boat Operations and Training (BOAT) Manual,
COMDTINST M16114.32D, Part 4, Chapter 3, Art D.2.
C. Position is a two year EAD contract. 
D. Must be an E-5 or E-6.

Command endorsement in Direct Access is not required for this position.
