PORTSMOUTH, Va -- A Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter medevaced an 80-year-old passenger from the cruise ship Adventure of the Seas today.

Watchstanders at the Coast Guard 5th District command center were contacted by the crew of the cruise ship and requested the medevac of an 80-year-old female passenger who had reportedly suffered a stroke and needed medical assistance.
