1. OVERVIEW:
    A. In addition to the O6 and O5 commands being screened 
in Ref A and B, the following command has been updated and 
will be incorporated into the SCSP convening on 20 Aug 
2018. To be considered by the SCSP, officers must comply 
with the provisions listed in Ref C, which outlines the 
screening requirements and overall eligibility criteria. 
    B. Officers who desire consideration must submit an e-
resume via Direct Access NLT 15 Jun 2018. Specific 
instructions to apply in Direct Access are provided in 
paragraph 7 of Ref A.
