1. This message lists the anticipated AY19 Training Allowance Billet (TAB) allocations
for military, senior service schools and think tanks, in support of Coast Guard advanced
education requirements. Congress has not released Coast Guard appropriations for FY19.
Accordingly, this message anticipates TAB allocations based on FORCECOM projections
from previous Coast Guard allocations in FY17 and FY18. Anticipated AY19 TAB awards in
this message remain subject to future modification by FORCECOM. Per REFs (A) and (B),
FORCECOM anticipates awarding 27 SEFP TABs for AY19.
