Coast Guard Air Station/Sector Field Office Port Angeles to hold change-of-command ceremony
PORT ANGELES, Wash. — Members of the media are invited to attend the Coast Guard Air Station/Sector Field Office Port Angeles change-of-command ceremony, Friday.
Cmdr. Michael S. Jackson will relieve Capt. Mark E. Hiigel as commanding officer and Hiigel will transfer to Coast Guard 1st District in Boston, Mass., where he will serve as the incident management branch chief for the district.
Rear Adm. David G. Throop, commander, Coast Guard 13th District, will preside over the ceremony.
