Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) Webinars, 13, 15 and 20 June

Are you investing in your future? Want to be better informed about participating in the Thrift Savings Plan? Whether you are participating voluntarily or contemplating the election to opt-in to the Blended Retirement System, the Coast Guard wants you to be informed before you make an election.

The Coast Guard Headquarters Blended Retirement System Team in conjunction with the Office of Work-Life (CG-111) and Thrift Savings Plan Training team will be conducting 7 live webinars over the next several months. It is to your benefit to dial-in and listen to the experts explain the Blended Retirement System and investing in your Thrift Savings Plan. All sessions will begin at 1100 EDT and last for about 1 1/2 hours each. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions using live chat. Each session will be recorded and posted on the Coast Guard Portal.

The first three sessions will be as follows:

13 June 2018 - Introduction of the TSP Resources available will be explained. (https://dhsconnect.connectsolutions.com/brstspintrocution/)

15 June 2018 - Discussion of the TSP Core investment funds (https://dhsconnect.connectsolutions.com/tspcontributionsfunds/)

If using ANY mobile device you will need to download the Adobe Connect app, it is free and available for IOS and Android operating systems. The install is USCG approved and does not require IT assistance providing the most current version for connectivity purposes.
