Agencies and partners that support these operations and the Port Readiness Committee include the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Transportation Command, U.S. Army 842nd Transportation Battalion, U.S. Maritime Administration, Transportation Security Administration, Mississippi State Port Authority, Gulfport Police Department, City of Gulfport, Mississippi Department of Marine Resources, Gulfport Fire Department, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Harrison County Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Southern Technical Aquatic Resource and Rescue, Maritime Defense Strategy and the Mississippi State Pilots Association.
