Video Release: Coast Guardsman teaches environmental stewardship with Sea Partners program

BOSTON — Lt. Cmdr. Jonathan Schafler, of the First Coast Guard District waterways management division, talks about the Sea Partners program which teaches kids about the importance of protecting our oceans from pollution. Schafler visits schools as a collateral duty and focuses on teaching kids about the impact plastics and oil have on the environment when plastic products and chemicals are not recycled.
