PHILADELPHIA — The Coast Guard rescued a man after his kayak capsized in the vicinity of Cape May Inlet, New Jersey, Sunday.
A commercial fisherman contacted watchstanders at Sector Delaware Bay’s Command Center in Philadelphia, via VHF-FM radio channel 16 at 10:57 a.m., and reported seeing a person in the water and a capsized kayak.
