1. REF (A) is promulgated and shall be reviewed by Coast Guard (CG) units out-
fitted with CBRN equipment as part of the Standard CBRN Program in accordance
with REFS (B) and (C), especially thouse units currently operating in or near
CBRN-contaminated environments.
2. The ability to detect and identify CBRN threats and hazards, as well as to
properly utilize CBRN response kits, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
is critical to the safety and health of our personnel.  
3. The official electronic version of REF (A) is maintained by Force Readiness
Command Training Division (FC-T) within the TTP library. The TTP library can be
accessed by navigating to CGPortal, selecting ‘References’, and then selecting
‘TTP Library and Projects’.
4. Bravo Zulu to members of the integrated process team (IPT) for your time,
professionalism, and diligence. IPT partners who supported development of this TTP
include COMDTs (CG-721, CG-MSR, CG-CPE, CG-741, CG-751, and CG-ODO), DOL-44,
LANT 35IM, PAC-35MHS, MLEA, and SMTC.
