1. This message lists the anticipated AY19 Training Allowance Billet (TAB) allocations
for military, non-senior service school, and academic programs in support of Coast
Guard advanced education requirements. Congress has not released Coast Guard
appropriations for FY19. Accordingly, this message anticipates TAB allocations based
on FORCECOM projections from previous Coast Guard allocations in FY17 and FY18.
Anticipated AY19 TAB awards in this message remain subject to future modification by
FORCECOM. Per REFs (A) and (B), FORCECOM anticipates awarding 164 TABs for AY19.
2. The following alphabetical list identifies undergraduate and graduate programs of
study, program manager and the anticipated number of AY19 TAB allocations:

3. Solicitation messages for each program will be released SEPCOR and provide detailed
information for these academic specialties. The SEFP solicitation message will be
released by PSC-OPM.
4. Per REF (B), candidates will incur a service obligation in addition to any previously
obligated service.
