SUBJ: PROMULGATION OF AVIATION INCENTIVE PAY (AvIP) AND BONUS (AvB) PROGRAM,

A. AVIATION INCENTIVE PAY (AvIP) AND BONUS (AvB) PROGRAM, COMDTINST M7220.20 
1. This ALCOAST announces the promulgation of REF (A). 
2. REF (A) establishes policies, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes
procedures concerning eligibility and requirements for receipt of aviation
incentive pays and bonuses in accordance with Sections 101, 204, 334, 371,
373, and 374 of Title 37. Additionally, identifies conditions of entitlement
and restrictions on authorization and payment, to be implemented.
3. No paper distribution will be made of this directive. It is
available electronically at:
https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/library/SitePages/Home.aspx.
4. For general policy questions or concerns about this directive should be
directed to COMDT (CG-1332).
