Coast Guard civilian employee arrested in Clark County
SEATTLE — A Coast Guard civilian employee with the Coast Guard Investigative Service in Seattle was arrested Sunday and booked into Clark County Jail on charges of 2nd degree rape.
Jonathan Sall, 56, of Poulsbo, was arrested by the Clark County Sheriff's Office and is being held on $20,000 bail.
The alleged incident occurred in Clark County. Sall was on assignment as the Special Agent in Charge of the Coast Guard's Northwest region. He has been relieved of this position pending the outcome of the investigation. The position of Special Agent in Charge is being temporarily filled by Special Agent Rick Cox.
The Coast Guard is assisting local law enforcement to ensure a thorough and complete investigation.
