2. Applications shall be submitted via "My Panel Applications" in Direct Access.
Applicants shall follow the Reserve Component CWO Appointment Guide when submitting
their application. The guide can be located on the CG PSC-RPM webpage at:
http://www.dcms.uscg.mil/Our-Organization/Assistant-Commandant-to-Human-Resources-CG-1-/
Personnel-Service-Center-PSC/Reserve-Personnel-Management/Boards-and-Panels/. Applicants
shall list requested position numbers within the text block section of their "My Panel Applications"
submission. Do not submit E-Resumes requesting SELRES assignment to individual
positions reflected above.
3. Any member wishing to apply to a CWO specialty that is outside of their normal
path to appointment shall follow the guidelines listed in REF B, Article 1.D.4.b.
4. If there are no vacant positions listed above in your prospective reserve CWO
specialty, your CWO application will not be considered by the PY18 CWO Appointment
Board. Appointments are based upon projected vacancies.
