Ohio River Barge Breakaway Joint Information Center disestablished

PITTSBURGH – The incident command post Joint Information Center for barge breakaways on the Ohio River near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Moundsville, West Virginia was disestablished Wednesday.
