A. The Officer Accessions, Evaluations, and Promotions, COMDTINST M1000.3A
1. This ACN announces the promulgation of Change 10 to REF (A).
2. Changes to this manual include administrative improvement and clarity to
Chapter 1, Article 1.G.4.a and sections in Chapter 5 regarding the Officer
Evaluation System.
