SAN JUAN -- Coast Guard Petty Officer 2nd Class Lauren Butnor, of the Hurricane Maria ESF-10 Puerto Rico response team, gives a boy a gift during a toy drive in Naguabo, Puerto Rico, Dec. 23, 2017. Volunteers at the event included off-duty Coast Guard members deployed in support of hurricane recovery efforts, as well as crews stationed in San Juan. The event, held in conjunction with the local non-profit group Proyecto Esparciendo AMOR, benefited children and families affected by the hurricane. A caravan of volunteers traveled through the town, greeted families, and passed out toys, clothing, books, food, and supplies.
