Photo Release: Hurricane Maria Response Crews Conduct Vessel Owner Outreach in Culebra, Puerto Rico
SAN JUAN - Team members with the Hurricane Maria ESF-10 Puerto Rico assess distressed vessels, locate boat owners, and evaluate possible environmental concerns surrounding salvage operations, Culebra, Puerto Rico, Dec. 8, 2017. The team that visited the marina included representatives from the U.S. Coast Guard, Environmental Protection Agency, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The ESF-10 mission is offering no-cost options for removing vessels stranded by Hurricane Maria; affected boat owners are asked to call the Vessel Owner Outreach Hotline at (786) 521-3900 for the free assistance.
