 Coast Guard delivers FEMA food, water to Arecibo Observatory in Arecibo, Puerto Rico

A Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter aircrew from Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, delivers food and water to the staff of the Arecibo Observatory in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Oct. 16, 2017.

The aircrew conducted several sorties to deliver aid from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to the observatory staff, who has been handing out aid to people impacted by Hurricane Maria.
