1. REF A announced the AY18 Reserve Senior Command Screening Panel
(RSCSP) that will convene 13 Nov 2017 to screen eligible officers for
command of Port Security Unit (PSUs) and Coast Guard Reserve Units
(CGRUs) augmenting Combatant Commands (COCOMs).
2. REF B outlines the eligibility criteria for O-6 and O-5 command
screening and is available on the CG Portal (CAC required):

3. PSC-RPM received an insufficient number of applications for O-5
command screening. As a result, and in order to ensure a robust pool
of candidates for the AY18 RSCSP, all eligible CDRs and CDRs(select)
who meet the criteria in REF B and are tour complete in AY18 will be
screened. No further action is necessary for these officers or the
officers who previously applied via Direct Access.
4. The AY18 RSCSP candidate pools will be announced SEPCOR NLT 06 OCT
17.
