1. Nominations are solicited for the Elite Male and Female Athletes of the Year and Unit Sports
Team of the Year for 2017. The period for consideration is 1 Jan 2017 through 31 Dec 2017.
Nominations must arrive at the Community Service Command (CSC) no later than 3 Jan 2018.
Chapter 5.D.5 of Ref A provides guidance for submission of nomination packages.
2. Photos may be scanned and sent via electronic media, but must be scanned at a minimum
resolution of 2.5 megabytes and saved as jpeg files.
3. Complete nomination packages must be sent to:

arriving personnel to ensure that these individuals are not overlooked for this recognition.
