1. Due to response operations ICW Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, the 
application deadline in REF A has been extended to 25 Sep 2017. Those 
eligible service officers who desire assignment to an O6 
or O5 Commanding Officer position, must apply through the panel 
submission process in Direct Access (DA) NLT 25 Sep 2017.  
Additionally, officers who desire consideration must notify RSCSP 
coordinator via email of their intent to apply NLT 15 Sep 2017.  This 
will assist PSC-RPM in ensuring the development of accurate candidate 
pools.
2. Specific instructions to apply in Direct Access are provided in 
REF A. Applicants are reminded of the following key dates:
  A. 25 Sep 2017: DA application deadline.
  B. 15 Sep 2017: Email notification of intent to apply due to RSCSP
coordinator.
  C. 15 Sep 2017: Waiver requests due to PSC-RPM.
  D. 30 Oct 2017: Last day to submit communications to the panel.
