HOUSTON -- The Coast Guard working with federal, state and local agencies, continued to respond to rescue requests in response to Hurricane Harvey near Beaumont, Texas, Aug. 30, 2017. The Coast Guard partners with local emergency operations centers and established Incident Command Posts to manage search and rescue operations. (U.S. Coast Guard Video).
