WHAT: The Freemans and Coast Guard crew members will discuss the July 23 rescue and pertinent boating safety tips

WHY: The Freemans and their Coast Guard rescuers would like to reunite, discuss their experiences and impart boating safety messages to the media and the public before Labor Day Weekend begins
WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, N.C. — The media is invited to attend the reunion of two rescue survivors with their Coast Guard rescuers and interview them about the rescue at Coast Guard Station Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, Friday.
Brooke and Kenneth Freeman, the two survivors, and Station Wrightsville Beach crew members will be available for interviews at 3 p.m.
Media members are invited to go on a boat ride following the interviews.
