B. PY18 SCHEDULE OF OFFICER PERSONNEL BOARDS AND PANELS, PSCNOTE 1401
1. This message announces an update to reference (a). Significant changes to this 
instruction include the addition of O-6 command screening criteria for Commander, 
Personnel Service Center. 
2. In addition, Enclosure (1) of reference (b) has been updated. The PY18 Chief 
Warrant Officer Selection Board has been rescheduled and will now convene 2-6 OCT 
17.
3. Updated copies of references (a) and (b) are available at the CG Portal OPM 
Reference Library at the following link: https://cglink.uscg.mil/e0fbceaf.
