NEW YORK - Coast Guard Lt. Keith Blevins relieved Lt. Cmdr. Paul Windt as the Commanding Officer of Coast Guard Cutter Sitkinak during a change of command ceremony at Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Team-New York, Thursday.

Capt. Michael Day, commander Coast Guard Sector New York, presided over the ceremony.

Windt will report to Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, D.C., to the office of Law Enforcement.
