Title: Migration and Certification Testing of Air In-Bond Messaging
ABI filers are reminded that CBP is transitioning air manifest in-bond processing from the QX/WX to the QP/WP ABI application. As of May 3, 2015, all air manifest in-bonds must be submitted via QP/WP in ABI.
Based on the results of the testing in the Certification region, CBP has made minor updates to the QP/WP Implementation Guides (IG). The updated IGs are available on CBP.gov/ACE at
http://www.cbp.gov/trade/ace/catair.
CBP encourages air manifest in-bond filers to work with their Client Reps to conduct QP/WP testing in the Certification region prior to May 3, 2015.
