Subject: FDA System Issues January 16, 2015
FDA is currently experiencing delays with its automated screening process which is subsequently causing delays in processing prior notices/entries along with issuing admissibility decisions. Resolution to the problem is actively being worked on and trade will be notified when this occurs. Please do not attempt to resubmit entries through ABI/ACS as this could cause further problems.
