TO: ALL ABI FILERS

The President has signed an Executive Order designating December 26, 2014 as a Federal Holiday. Therefore, that date will now be considered a CBP Holiday exactly like December 25th.

Any entries previously transmitted with a payment due date of 12/26/14 will appear on a statement on 12/29/14. That means two separate statements may be generated on 12/29/14. Filers who wish to change the payment print date from December 26, to December 29 for previously transmitted summaries may do so at their discretion.

Entry Summaries transmitted to ABI on December 17, 2014 will reject if a payment due date of 12/26/14 is used. Those entries should be transmitted with a payment due date of 12/29/14.
