In order to correct the problem with document uploads reported in CSMS Message #14-000455, FDA's Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System (ITACS) will be unavailable from 9:00 p.m. Thursday, October 16, 2014 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) through 3:01 a.m. EDT Friday, October 17, 2014. Users should plan to submit documents either before or after this maintenance period. Please direct any questions about this downtime or ITACS in general to itacssupport@fda.hhs.gov .
