In accordance with Presidential Proclamation 9188, “To Modify the List of Beneficiary Developing Countries Under the Trade Act of 1974,” published in the Federal Register on October 8, 2014, the designation of Russia as a beneficiary developing country for purposes of the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) was terminated effective October 3, 2014.



As such, goods of Russian origin entered or withdrawn from warehouse on or after October 3, 2014, should not be entered with the benefit of GSP.
