It has come to FDA’s attention that a small number of document uploads made via ITACS are not completing successfully despite a confirmation email being sent by the system. When this occurs, the ITACS status does not update to “Document Submitted”. FDA is actively investigating the problem and working on a solution, however until one is found, please check the ITACS status to see if it reflects the document submission. If it does not, please try uploading again. If problems are still encountered, or if you have any questions, please contact itacssupport@fda.hhs.gov . We understand the inconvenience of this issue and thank you for your patience as we pursue a solution. A follow-up message will be sent when the issue is resolved.
