Mark your calendars for this year’s 2014 ACE Software Developer (Technical) Session! Please read through the following information carefully for more details regarding the session and how to register.



ACE Software Developer (Technical) Session Information:



- Date: Thursday, October 9, 2014

- Time: 8:15 AM – 4:00 PM. (Registration opens at 7:30 AM)

- Location: U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Jefferson Auditorium, 1400 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20009. All participants must enter the USDA facility through Wing 5 on Independence Avenue.

- Security: All participants will be required to show a valid Government-issued ID upon arrival. Movement within the USDA building will be restricted to the Jefferson Auditorium, cafeteria and restrooms.

- Dress: Business Casual

- Lunch/Refreshments: Attendees can purchase lunch and refreshments in the USDA cafeteria adjacent to the auditorium. TSN attendees will have access to the private dining area at the rear of the cafeteria or they can eat in the general cafeteria dining area. There are no eating facilities within close walking distance to the USDA building. Note: No food or beverages are allowed inside the Jefferson Auditorium.

- Topics: Topics will include operational and technical changes related to Entry Summary Accounts and Revenue (ESAR), Cargo Release (including the PGA Message Set), Export Manifest Processing, and E-Bond.



Registration Information:



Registration is required for this event.

- All CBP, PGA and Trade participants must pre-register to gain access to the USDA building.

- Starting Tuesday, August 12, visit http://www.surveyshare.com/t/2014-ACE-Software-Developer-Session and follow the prompts to register.

- Registration for this event is free.

- Registration will close on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 5:00 PM EDT. Per USDA regulations, on-site registration will not be available.
